I have in mind a vision of always performing. I set targets as if a company contract was my own. I believe that when you work hard and contestandly , things always happen for the better. Also, I have learned, in the past two years that personnal growth is a key to moving foward, so that's why I make it a priority to assist to seminars, to read and to listent audios.
